• What kind of services are we offering?

We are offering service of Hair and Makeup for any special occasion, Brides, Quinceañeras, Photo sessions, Comercial, Maternity Session.

• How far in advance should I book you for my event? ​

I recommend to book at least 6 to 9 months in advance, especially for peak season dates.

​

• Do you offer Hair and Makeup Trials?

Yes! We always recommend a Preview sessions to make sure you feel confident and confortable, with your final look.

​

• What's included in my Package?

Bridal Packages typically include Hairstyling, makeup, false lashes and a touch up essential kit. Costume packages are available depending on your needs.

​

• Do you travel to my location on the Event Day?​

Yes, we offer on-location services. Travel fee may apply depending on the distance.

​

• Do you do destinations weddings?

Absolutely! We are available for domestic and international travel, including destinations weddings in Mexico, Italy and beyond.

• Can you accommodate my bridal Party as well?

Yes! We offer group services for bridesmaids, MOB/MOG and more. I can also bring my team if needed

for larger groups.

 

• How long does Hair and makeup take on wedding Day?

Usually in regular service 45 - 60 minutes per service. We create a full wedding beauty timeline so everything runs smoothly and on time.

• What kind of makeup do you use?

We use high-quality, long wear and HD- friendly products like NARS, Charlotte Tilbury, Dior, Esthe Lauder, Temptu, Hourglass, MAC and more.

• Do you offer Airbrush Makeup?

Yes! Airbrush makeup is available and is perfect for Brides, who want a lightweight, flawless, and long-lasting finish.

• How should I prepare for my Hair and Makeup trial?

Come with clean, dry hair, a moisturized face, and bring inspirations photos, accesories, and any important info about your dress or theme.

• What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please refer to my cancelation policy- deposit (retainer) are non-refundable, but I'll do my best to accommodate changes with notice.

• Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before your event.

​

• Can you stay for touch ups or a second look?

Yes! We offer touch-up services and second look packages for brides who want to switch up their style during the day.

• Can I bring someone with me to my trial?

Of course!  feel free to bring a friend or family member to help you feel confortable and give feedback if you'd like.

• Are you Bilingual?

Yes! we speak English and Spanish fluently, and We are happy to communicate in whichever language makes you feel most confortable. Many of my clients are bilingual or Spanish- speaking, and we always make sure you feel understood and cared for during your special day.
